organization profile on our web application and will then give you your credentials.

our preventive maintenance schedule, electrical and pneumatic diagrams
etc… (digitized and integrated for free on our cloud), from the inventory of parts
reviews…and this, for each of your machines.
We will put a QR code on each of them.
Thus, to lodge a service call (planned preventive maintenance or
corrective), you just need to use our web application by scanning the QR code of
your machine and provide some details about the failure. We guarantee you a
telephone support within 5 minutes so that a technician from our office
establish a free pre-diagnosis .
During this time, our mobile technician is on the way. Thanks to
the meticulous analysis of the parameters of the failure previously established, our
professional once there will only have to verify and confirm the diagnosis. It follows

Hourly rate billed at the end of the month. The hourly price is automatically adjusted according to the use of our services according to the grid above. The number of monthly hours billed corresponds to the cumulative hours for each employee.
Example: 2 employees at 6 hours correspond to a total of 14, ie an hourly rate of $105 Spare parts: cost + 20% (supplier invoice provided). Hourly rates are counted time and a half when worked Monday to Friday between 5 p.m. and 7 a.m. Hourly rates are counted double time when worked on a weekend or public holiday.
